PT. MANDIRA PRIMA PERKASA is one of the leading rotogravure, printing and converting companies in Indonesia. Our capability in producing high-quality products measured in terms of timely delivery, consistent quality as personalized services have been proven since 1985 when our first factory in Pandaan started operational. Due to an overwhelming demand and support from our satisfied clients for our quality products and services, a second factory in Bogor was built and has been in operation since 1996. We are the only company in our industry to serve a wide range of higher value added packaging products.
We pride in having a strong management team together with our skilled technical crew and they contributed their efforts in shaping the Company to its present size and achievements. Our long-standing relationship with suppliers from within and outside Indonesia have helped us in anticipating the fast changing packaging requirements by our divers clients.
In our first plant, we have eight-color tandem rotogravure printing machine and coating, laminating, and extrusion laminating as well as several slitting machines. The plant is capable of producing high quality packaging materials. With new technology and machines acquired for our second plant, just operation in 1996, we offer a wider range of packaging materials using state-of-art hardware to meet our valuable customer's need. The machines are :
10 - color rotogravure printing machine
Dry/ wet/ wax coating and laminating machine
Blown film machine
Cast and embossing film machine
Co-extrusion lamination machine
Vacuum film metalizing machine
Slitter rewinder machine
Our company's policy is to improve and introduce high value packaging products for the specific requirements of our industrial customers who in turn have to be responsive to the growing needs and demand of the users for their quality products. Thus, consultation and co-ordination with the customer and premium time is spent on research and development to keep both our company and customer abreast with the latest packaging technology.
